David McCallum joined the company in 2002 and has more than 30 years of
experience in the title industry. Since moving to Dallas in 1993, David has
concentrated in the national title services area. He brings a broad knowledge
of title insurance forms, practices and underwriting experience to his clients.
He has assisted in hundreds of sales and financing transactions including
multi-family, assisted living facilities, retail and manufacturers’ outlet
properties, petroleum refineries, hotels and restaurants. David’s ability
to find solutions to complex title issues combined with his knowledge of
customer service makes him a valued resource to our team as well as to
his clients.

David’s experience includes three years as sales manager for Ticor
Title Insurance (part of the Fidelity family of companies) in Orange
County, California and two years as the manager of Ticor’s San
Francisco County branch operations and National Title Division.
